A: well the easy answer would be fresh fruits and veggies, lean meat, assorted nuts, legumes, tubers. The list could go on and on. But if you are getting foods that you normally would not eat or if you’re eating too much of these really great foods, you will not reach your weight-loss goals in a consistent fashion.

There are definitely foods to stay away from.  Those foods are really obvious to all of us. Simply put, processed, bleached, and boxed foods are what we need to eliminate from our diet. You can need all the foods out there that help lose weight and if you are eating the wrong foods with the good foods you’ll be spinning your wheels.
